The vehicle was reliable, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our adventure.JT was extremely professional and helpful from the moment of Reservation.Customer service was impeccable, always responsive and ready to answer any questions or concerns.Unfortunately we had an accident but the responsiveness of JT, allowed us to continue our journey and were able to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Namibia in peace. Namibia & Botswana Rental My partner and I rented a 4x4 Toyota Hilux with a rooftop tent from Make Tracks. We went for 4 weeks from mid November to mid December around Namibia, into Botswana, and back to Windhoek.The owner JT is incredibly friendly and helpful, and goes far out of his way to assist you with anything that you need. You really feel looked after with the service provided here.The vehicle itself was fantastic. It was in very good condition, fun to drive, and clean. JT explained all of the camping equipment before we left, and the setup was awesome. Everything that you might need is there for you, and we had a blast driving and camping in the bush through 2 countries with this setup.I often do lots of comparing prices and reviews before picking a rental car, and can honestly write that you will not find a better company in the area. Perfect car for a magnificent country Just came back from an amazing 16 days self-drive safari in Namibia, which is about a memory that will accompany us for a lifetime. Even if at the beginning we were anixous because it was our first stay in Africa, the trip was an absolute dream.We hired a Toyota 4x4 with rooftop tent and full camping equipment from Make Tracks, this is not a big company but one feels the difference immediately in terms of the level of personal, friendly and professional services provided. The service we got from JT was exceptional, the communication like a breeze, we were picked up at the airport, and had a very complete explanation about the car and camping equipement. The vehicle was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive. KIMBLE 19 days car rental!. Not only was service delivery and communication excellent but BOBBY AND MOHAMED at Logan Airport showed us excellence in service when we dropped off the rented car at Logan Int. Mohamed drove us from the car rental return section to DELTA AIRLINES DEPARTURES GATE AND even came back to return to us something we had forgotten in the rental car. Three cheers to HERTZ.. !! Go-To Car Hire in Namibia Had a great experience with Make Tracks -- very professional, responsive, and accommodating. JT went above and beyond to make sure our rental and overall trip was perfect. Very reasonable pricing and great availability. Would definitely recommend, we'll be contacting Make Tracks next time we visit!!
